Our guest today is the reigning Miss Delaware USA 2023 Noa Mills: She has received the Governor’s outstanding service award, written, passed Delaware regulation 615, 2.0, mandating schools to provide students with mental health resources in support of her behavioral health passion, established The Noa A. Mills Annual Scholarship at the age of 21, created the Noa A. Mills community clean up service project at 19, and became a published author of two books at 16. She is no stranger to understanding the impact of her efforts. It is her life’s purpose to give others permission to think, be and achieve big.
